All returns are merchandise credit only. Shipping charges are not refundable. All tags must remain attached to the item. We must receive notice of your return within 10 DAYS of its receipt, NO EXCEPTIONS, and no return will be accepted unless a prior return authorization from saucewear has been obtained either in writing, by telephone, or via email. Merchandise must be returned in original condition and cannot have been worn or washed. Your return must be received by us within 14 DAYS of receipt of return authorization from saucewear. We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise.
